1. Return & Cancellation Eligibility:

  • You can cancel the order anytime before shipping the product.

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as personal care items, perishable goods, or items specified as non-returnable during purchase.

  • Products marked as non-returnable will be indicated clearly on their respective product pages.

3. Initiating a Return/ Cancel:

  • To initiate a return/ cancel, log in to your Junior Adda account and navigate to your order history.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the provided instructions for return initiation.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance in initiating the return process.

  • The requested item will be picked up by the logistic partner within the next 48 working hours after the request.

4. Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage for returned items.

  • The expected delivery time will be 5 to 7 working days once place the order.

5. Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will process the return, refund, or exchange as per your request.

6. Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the next 24 hours to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refunds may take a certain number of days to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your payment provider.

7. Exchange Process:

  • If you prefer an exchange for the returned item, please indicate the desired replacement item during the return initiation.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

8. Store Credit Option:

  • In some cases, customers may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on Junior Adda.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence.

  • We will arrange for a return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

10. Policy Modifications:
